Funds raised will be allocated as follows:

Investors are secured through a registered deed of assignment and trustee-managed escrow account. Title documentation and property insurance are in place to protect investor interests.
All investor contributions will be deposited into an escrow account managed by FirstTrust Trustees Ltd. Funds are released in tranches based on verified project milestones.
